This is such a familiar term that we are used to. But do we actually know the true definition of marketing?
Marketing is not just about how a seller meets their buyer and having a transaction, and done.
Marketing is a concept of how a seller could persuade their buyer in buying the product or services provided by selling the key features and benefit of the offered product or services. It would potentially then raise the company’s sales, as well as satisfying the buyer’s need. (Australian Business)
It is finding ways to appeal the buyer that are seeking to fulfill their wants and needs through several strategies, such as searching for their target buyers, the environment of the buyer itself, etc.
As the world grew advance with their incredible technologies, marketing has evolved too into something we interact almost everyday on basis.
Digital Marketing
Digital marketing is one of the ways for us to implement marketing strategies through the technologies that are available such as social media, radio, electronic websites, etc. (Reliable Soft)
The main difference of digital marketing and traditional marketing is the way they market their products; digital marketing utilize online technologies as mentioned above, while traditional marketing are more of an offline promotions (through magazines, newspapers, billboards, etc).
It is important for us to learn the importance of digital marketing and how to utilize it well in order to be able market well in this advanced era. We have to be able to use technologies in order to support our future business’ sales, especially with the future getting close to us and the dawn of technology has shown no signs of ending.
